Cancellation Policy

At Peakstyles, managed by Quantelis Technologies, we aim to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quantelis Technologies, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that preferences may change, and you might need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:  

Order Cancellation Before Shipment   

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.  

To request a cancellation, kindly contact our customer support team via email.  

If your cancellation request qualifies, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped   

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification   

We do not currently allow modifications to items or delivery addresses after an order has been placed. You may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one instead.
