Products must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original state.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.
Returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a Request
Send your return request via email, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to quantelistechnologies@gmail.com.
Step 2: Provide Supporting Images
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue to help expedite the review process.
