Shipping Locations  

We currently ship to all pin codes within India. At present, international shipping services are not available.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.  

After your order has been processed, a confirmation email containing the relevant details will be sent to you.  

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe ranges between 3–8 business days, ensuring that your fashion selections reach you in a timely manner.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request that the order be re-delivered.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
